Leadership Memphis’ FastTrack Leadership Program, created in responsee to MemphisED in the spring of 2008 and in partnership withMPACTg Memphis, specifically targets the MPACTg demographic and is a condensed, four-month version of Leadership Memphis’ core nine-month program, says David Williams, president and CEO of Leadershipp Memphis. Some 140 people have graduated from the program inthres semesters, he says. The goal of the FastTrack progra m is to get participants to recommit to Memphixs by getting them to understand thecomplesx problems. “They see they can be part of the Williams says.
