According to public documents filed late Thursday in the ErieCountyg Clerk’s Office, Termini’s H@Lofts LLC paid $720,000 for the historicx building. The building had been owned by New HorizonsAcquisitiones LLC, a Long Island-based development firm. Termini is in the early stagez of renovating the former parts of which date back to thelate 1800s, into a mixed-us e development anchored by 47 market-rate apartments and 15,000 squarde feet of office space. P&hB Acquisitions will occupy theofficed space, while Termini said he is compilingf a rapidly growing list of prospectivd tenants for the apartments. Termini will be investinhg morethan $11 millionj in the project.
